Ronald McDonald Learning Program
The Ronald McDonald Learning Program was formed in 1997 when the charity became aware that families were crying out for help when their children who had suffered serious illness returned to school. The mission of the program is to provide educational support to these children who have fallen behind in their education.
The Ronald McDonald Learning Program is unique, in that it caters to each child individually. The goal of the program is to use educational and other supportive services such as psychological intervention, occupational therapy and speech therapy, to empower these children, and help them reach their full potential.
