Colleen first came across RMHC when visiting her granddaughter, who was a patient at Westmead Hospital. There she connected with families staying at Ronald McDonald House. Some years later, having retired, Colleen knew exactly what she wanted to do with her spare time, help families by volunteering at the Family Room in Gosford Hospital.
